Healthy eating should be tasty, nutritious and satisfying. 

Tailoring Your Tastes offers non-diet advice on how to make gradual adjustments to current eating patterns, food choices and preparation methods to make them healthier. By learning how to adjust recipes and taste preferences, healthy eating becomes a lifestyle instead of an obligation. All it takes is a willingness to start somewhere, a little knowledge, some basic skills, and you’re well on your way to flavourful meals every day.

Non-diet weight management


Through 8 sessions with one of our facilitators, chronic dieters learn how to get off the diet rollercoaster and embrace a life of healthy, normal eating. We believe that normal eating, together with sufficient exercise, results in normal weight. Dieting, which may have quick short term results, usually results in food and weight obsessions as well as weight gain in the long term.
