The greater awareness and increased uptake of various dietary preferences amongst discerning guests requires that lodges be able to nutritiously provide for them with a varied and well-balanced menu. Health and wellness is no longer just a trend in the travel industry and providing healthy, tasty and satisying meals is an important aspect of the overall service.

  • Training chefs in healthy meal preparation techniques - chefs receive a certificate at the end
  • Demonstrating how flavour can be maintained or enhanced when preparing healthier meals
  • Allergy, intolerance and dietary requirement workshops and recipe development
  • Developing and/or adapting menus to include seasonal foods
  • Onsite nutritionist for large groups with various dietary requirements
